Kyocera Technologies is offering a Master’s thesis position for a motivated and technically curious student eager to work at the intersection of electronics, test engineering, and MEMS innovation.
This thesis work offers you a unique opportunity to engage in cutting-edge product development, support ongoing R&D activities, and grow your skills through hands-on work in a dynamic industry setting.
You might be the one we’re looking for if…
- You’re a master’s student in electronics engineering, engineering physics, or a related field
- You have a solid academic foundation and a keen interest in test development, electronics, and MEMS technologies
- You’re curious, independent, and excited about solving real-world engineering challenges
- You want to design and build test setups, work with PCB prototypes, and contribute to developing novel test methods for MEMS resonators
Your thesis work may include…
- Designing and developing test setups for MEMS resonators and related technologies
- Prototyping and debugging simple electronics and PCB-based systems
- Contributing to wafer-level test setup development and automation
- Collaborating with R&D engineers and supporting product development goals
What we expect
We appreciate if you have some of the following…
- Familiarity with PCB design tools and basic prototyping skills
- Exposure to measurement equipment, basic lab work and building experimental setups
- Interest in MEMS
- Skills in experiment and data analysis automation with python based tools
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
